Diamond Lake Recreation Center, Lake and Beach

Summertime fun is coming and Diamond Lake Beach, MPRD's summertime retreat, will open June 1. Hope to see you there! Season passes are now on sale (download a season pass form).

The site's Recreation Center is open throughout the year for preschool classes and other programs. Year-round swim opportunities are available at the Mundelein Community Center (learn more).

Diamond Lake Recreation Center is 100 acres. It includes a pristine lake, sand beach, grassy areas, and shaded picnic grove. In summertime, the facility is the hub for Diamond Lake Beach, a recreational destination for swimming, boating, fishing, boat and shelter rentals, special events and more.

Paddle boats are availble for rent for an enjoyable excursion on the water.
Throughout the year, fun and educational programs are also held at the site, including the Learning Center Preschool for ages 3 to Pre-K.

Diamond Lake Beach features FREE special events throughout the season for all to enjoy. And, it's also the perfect place for your group outing -- school groups, corporate team building and more! Discounted rates and food/beverage packages available.
