Kickboxing: Aerobic activity, target practice and resistance training.
Strength and Step: Guided resistance training followed by cardio to burn fat.
Vertical Pilates: Lengthening/strengthening of Pilates and centering and balance of Yoga.
Tabata: Fast/fun interval workout that builds anaerobic capacity while burning calories.
Strong by Zumba: Interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation.
Zumba: A fun cardio workout that combines Latin music with easy to follow steps.
Zumba vs. Zumba Gold: That same Latin music, but learn the differences between Zumba and Zumba Gold (a pace and intensity designed for the golden years or beginners.)
SWEAT: Build Strength with Weights, tubing and body weight, Effort and Aerobic activity, Tabata and HIIT training blended in. (Requires Registration).
