Paddle Away — Intro to Paddling (Adult 18+)

In this 4 week course you will learn basic paddling techniques, from education of equipment, to entering the water, to using proper stroke technique to build core fitness and cardio endurance. Enjoy this beautiful fitness experience on the water and enjoy a great way to build self confidence and mindful awareness while paddling on Diamond Lake. Instructed by Krissy Snyder. Min/Max: 3/6. Sup Sculpt (Adult 18+)

This beach and paddle cardio based circuit training class is for every athlete. Take yourself to a whole new fitness level from beach based movement training and endurance paddle drills to on board balance and core strengthening exercises. This comprehensive exercise routine blends cardio, strength and Balance and flexibility into a fun, interactive, full body workout that is sure to score you a sculpted surfer’s physique. Pilates Lakefront Mat (Adult 18+)

Mat Pilates is a 50 min group class targeting core strength, flexibility, posture, body awareness and general well being. Mat Pilates focuses on the key Pilates principles including breath control, alignment and activation of the central core stability – the deep abdominals and pelvic floor. Enjoy the beautiful views of Diamond Lake! Bring a mat and beach towel. Instructed by Krissy Snyder. Min/Max: 6/30 (4 wks).

SUP Pi-Yo (Adult 18+)

Enjoy the combination of Pilates and Yoga exercises on the Paddle board. Use your breath to facilitate strong core powered movements. Develop better balance and body strength by moving through yoga (asanas) poses and Pilates inspired movements on the Paddle board. Move at your own pace as you balance the mind and body through a series of sun salutations and core strengthening techniques in this energizing class. The connection of breath and movement will ease the mind and allow you peace and tranquility. Previous Yoga or Pilates experienced is preferred. Instructed by Krissy Snyder. Min/Max: 3/6. (4 wks).
