This gentle mat yoga class series will cover: general flexibility, agility and balance muscular/skeletal systems to build strength digestive & immune systems to aid health cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems to support relaxation As this is a mat class, participants need to be able to get down on the floor and back up again without assistance. Bring your own yoga mat; all other props will be provided.
