A fusion workout that will get your heart pumping with boxing moves while sculpting your muscles during Pilates combinations. Add a little bit of carefree dance and you will forget that you are working out.






31 Minute Circuit Workout
Starting June 4

No Time. No Excuse. Finish this full-body circuit in 30 minutes and end with a 1 minute plank challenge. The clock will be ticking, but you are free to move at your own pace while working independently.






Land ROM (Range of Motion)
Beginner and Active Adult
Starting June 4

A soft approach to strength, flexibility and balance training. If you are new to exercise or prefer a slower pace, this class has you covered. Expect the same great movement attained from Aqua ROM without the pool.
