Welcome to Park View Demo Week: August 6–12

Park View Health & Fitness has added a some new classes to try out August 6 – 12. Classes are free to all who have a Group Ex membership or $7 each for drop in.

These classes will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated!

Monday, 8:20 – 8:50 am

30 minutes of cardio and strength drills that focus on your core. A variety of equipment will be used to hit every inch of your torso.

Tuesday, 9:30 – 10:20 am
Barebones Intervals

Nothing but your bodyweight will be used for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Thursday, 11:30 – 12:15 am
Seated Yoga

A gentle approach to yoga practice with the support of a chair. Great for beginners or active older adults.

Saturday, 8:30 – 9:20 am

A fiercely fun dance fitness workout including pop, rock and hip hop music that will get your heart pumping!

Sunday, 8:50 – 9:50 am

Top 1/2 and Bottom 1/2
Sculpt the top and/or bottom half of your body in an express strength training workout. (Top 1/2: 8:50 – 9:20 am, Bottom 1/2: 9:20 – 9:50 am)
