New Winter Programs at Park View

Start the new year off on the right foot with these exciting new programs at Park View Fitness:
FLOW POWER YOGA (AGES 14+) Register.
We will “flow” through a variety of movement patterns in this hour-long mind body class. Expect to sweat and strengthen from head to toe while increasing flexibility and stamina. Mondays January 7 – February 4, 7:30 – 8:30 pm.

Train like a Mixed Martial Arts athlete to increase your aerobic capacity and muscular strength. You might even work off some stress. Mondays January 7 – February 4, 6:30 – 7:20 pm.

TRI TRAINING (AGES 14+) Register.
Take the last two months of winter to prepare for the coming triathlon season. Experienced, certified fitness instructors will guide you through 10 one-hour workouts that include swimming, running and cycling. 
Wednesdays January 9 – February 27, 7 – 8 pm and Sundays January 27 & February 24 11 am – 12 pm (optional).
