NEW FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE FOR SUP Classes at Diamond Lake Beach
Now you can register for individual classes for our two new STAND UP PADDLE BOARD classes at Diamond Lake Beach.
Classes led by Kris Rumzis, E-RYT, SUP Yoga Certified are on Fridays July 19 – August 9.
SUP YOGA (Ages 16+)
This all level class challenges your balance, core and mind. Paddle boards are tethered so you can focus on your practice. Progress weekly and explore basic yoga poses, breath, work and have lots of fun. Participants should be comfortable in the water as you may get wet.
Fridays, 3:45 – 4:30 pm
SUP FLOW PADDLE (Ages 16+)
This class is for the yogi who wants to challenge balance, core and flow their practice. Learn basic paddle board skills and yoga poses that will challenge you as you go with the flow. PDF’s will be provided and required to wear. All participants should be
comfortable in the water and know how to swim.
