Ring Around the Rig
Work with a group of 4-8 participants alongside a certified trainer or instructor to achieve your fitness goals. Individualized attention and specialty equipment on the Hoist Rig will take this workout to a new level. Get the benefits of personal training at a reduced rate by sharing the session with a small group. Ages 14+. Classes are once a week, for four weeks. Monday sessions are designed for active older adults looking to increase muscular strength, bone density and range of motion.
