Hard Core Ladder (Ages 18+) (Virtual Class)

A challenging 45 minute progressive ladder format that will have you increasing repetitions (ladder method), testing willpower and carving room for results. Bodyweight training like you have never tried it before. *Prior experience in group exercise/fitness programs is recommended. Led by Dawn Blough.
Equipment: mat, dumbells optional

Barre Tone (Ages 14+)

A perfect combination of yoga, Pilates and strength training will be presented while using a chair as your ballet barre. Develop lean muscle, enhance your balance and work on deep core strength in the comfort of your home. Led by Diane Capasso. A Zoom invitation will be sent the week of each workshop.

During your in home practice, you will learn movement patterns that will help you improve circulation, increase coordination, master balance, and gain physical strength. Join Ken Ning as he leads this traditional Tai Chi class with his 15 plus years of experience. Led by Ken Ning.

TRX In Place (Ages 14+)

Dust off your suspension straps, hook them over a door or on a permanent object and train. For many years, TRX Suspension Trainers have been know to go anywhere. Now is the time to put them to the test. You hang the straps (with the recommended mounting tools) and we will provide the drills. Led by Nicole Schaller.
Equipment: TRX or similar suspension trainer

Family Room Fitness (Ages 5+)

Gather the young and old for a family fitness class in your home. Each week will be an introduction to a new style of exercise. Strengthen your muscles, improve your cardiovascular system and work on balance while bonding with your little ones. Led by Diane Capasso.
