Hard Core Training

From interval workouts to weightlifting, you will get a taste of it all. The variety of drills and exercises will challenge your body and break plateaus. This class is not for the novice participant. Prepare to sweat! Led by Dawn Blough

Barre Tone

Try out the latest fitness craze! A perfect combination of yoga, Pilates and strength training will be presented while using the ballet barre as a tool. Develop lean muscle, enhance your balance and work on deep core strength. Small equipment will be incorporated to target muscle groups that you never knew you had. Led by Diane Cappasso.

TRX Suspension Training 

Take your workout to a whole new level with suspension training. Improve your total body strength and cardiovascular endurance as you complete TRX drills and utilize other small tools. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

Piloxing Barre

You have heard about barre classes. This program takes those same techniques to improve balance, strengthen joints and tone muscle with the addition of boxing. The extra cardio element makes the 45 min. class a complete workout challenging all energy systems. The ballet barre is used for balance, isometric engagement and as a tool during boxing combos. Be ready to get the heart pumping. Led by Beth Barber
