Cycle & TRX (Ages 18+)
Committing yourself to a fitness program is hard enough. This cardio and strength fusion will give you a bang for your buck. Start off on the cycle bike for a 30–minute ride. Finish with strength drills using dumbbells, bands, barbells, and more. Led by Dawn Blough. (6 wks)
