Instructions for FOIA
For B/W, letter or legal-sized copies, the first fifty (50) pages are free and any additional pages will cost $0.25 a page. For color copies or abnormal size copies, the Mundelein Park & Recreation District can charge the actual cost of copying. The District may require the requester to disclose whether the request is for a commercial purpose or to decide whether to grant a fee waiver.
Total Compensation Package Information
Pursuant to the requirements of 5 ILCS 120/7.3, we have made available in our Administrative Office, 1401 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein, Illinois, a list of all employees having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. For purpose of this statute Total Compensation includes salary, vehicle allowance, insurance, vacation days and sick days.
