Valentine’s Day Partner Challenge (Ages 14+)

Invite your Valentine, teen, or bestie and join us for a Valentine’s Day partner workout! This sweet 75-minute class will include mobility exercises to warm up, then strength, conditioning, and core moves you can do with a partner. After the workout, relax and enjoy stretching and a complimentary chocolate treat. All exercises can be modified to accommodate your fitness and experience levels. All movements can be scaled to your fitness level. Led by Tracey Boone.
Both participants must register by Feb 3. Single participants are welcome.
