Blue Zones Gratitude Journals
It is human nature to dwell on what isn’t going right rather than what is. This stress can take years off of your healthy life. Spend an hour each week at the Regent Center in a formal setting, thinking about three good things about your day. Then take those skills and journal at home about three good things that happened to you that day. It may be a person you’re grateful for, something you learned, the sun shining, or your community at the Regent Center! The fee includes the price of your gratitude journal materials.

Blue Zones employs evidence-based solutions to help people live better, longer. One of the pillars of the Blue Zones concept is sense of purpose. Many of our members and friends are retired and no longer have a formal career to attend on a regular basis. But our community and the rest of the world still needs your help. Join us on a monthly basis as we give back to the community and organizations around the world. Held at Feed My Starving Children.
