Rec Connect Before and After School Care is held at Dolan Recreation Center, 888 Dunbar Rd.
Rec Connect offers:
- Daily quiet time for homework, reading, or journaling
- Daily indoor and outdoor physical activities include unstructured play and staff–guided cooperative games
- A variety of arts and craft projects
- Activities and guidance that encourage children to work together, support each other’s efforts, build friendships and develop important social skills
- Structured and unstructured activities each day give children a chance to unwind, relax and play with their peers
- A chance to sign up and participate in other cultural arts activities such as cooking, Lego Robotics, dance, or mixed media art classes
- Day Off School Programs on selected days when school is not in session
- Flexible scheduling options
