Freedom Classic 5K

- The brand new Duck Donuts our Platinum Sponsor will be serving delicious donuts to participants after the race!
- Every registered participant will receive a Free Barefoot Bay Day Pass!
- New start and finish— This year we will be starting and finishing the race at Dunbar Recreation Center. Park in the upper parking lots on Recreation Way (by the soccer fields) There is a pathway through the wooded area to Dunbar Recreation Center.
Dress in your red, white, and blue and jump-start your 4th in our 43rd Freedom Classic 5K. Blast off at Dunbar Recreation Center and travel through Keith Mione Community Park and scenic Loch Lomond in this professionally chip-timed course.

$100 cash award for 1st overall male and female finishers, as well as medals for 1st-3rd place finishers in each age group.

Race Day: Registration will be available at Dunbar Recreation Center. Time: 6:30-7:45 am.
Packet Pickup: Mundelein Park & Recreation District, 1401 N Midlothian Rd.
Date: July 1–3 at the Mundelein Community Center
Shirts are available to the first 350 registrants. The last day to be guaranteed your size was June 1.

Free FIRECRACKER 1/2 mile Kids Race (Ages 8 & Under)
The kids race will begin at approximately 9 am. Race to the finish for firecracker freeze pop and medal. No registration is required.
